At Last, a New Theme for the Left: Blame the Sequester!

My fearless prediction:

In the coming months, the president, his cronies, and his servile press will blame everything from meteors to male pattern baldness on the “Sequester.”

obama-finger-pointing-poster-300x200Frankly, I welcome the change.  Blaming Bush and Global Warming used to be funny, but after four years of that, it’s become rather tiresome.  With the Sequester, I look forward to a whole new genre of unintentional Leftist humor.

Reminder to the Left: The Sequester flag drops on March 1.  Have at it, comrades!

Just keep in mind that no matter where our vaunted Chief Executive actually does decide to cut, he will have been the one who chose to do so rather than reduce the budget for one or more of his 479 Federal departments and agencies.  The list appears below.  The waste and duplication in these outfits is the stuff of legends.  But rather than cut costs or staff there, he’s already promised we’ll see cuts in teachers, first responders, veterans’ benefits, school lunches, airport screeners, college loans, and the like.  What a swell guy … what a Man of the People!

Thanks in advance, Mr. President!
