The secular Egyptian movement “Rebel” accused the militia of the Mohammed Morsi Muslim Brotherhood regime of burning its offices in Cairo. One leader of the movement said they represent tens of thousands of young Egyptians, males and females, who are opposed to the fascist Muslim Brotherhood regime and are struggling to bring down the Mohammed Morsi elite.
An observer in Washington said “it is sad that the Obama Administration is sneaking US Aid to the Islamist oppressive regime of the Brotherhood while the Ikhwan militias are burning the offices of secular democratic youth association.
The Administration is certainly not representing its own secular constituents when it sides with extreme religious factions in Egypt against secular youth. This Foreign Policy doesn’t represent its own supporters anymore.”
