Unless you have been living under a rock or in a cave somewhere you have heard all about the I.R.S. scandals. The Internal Revenue Service, or should it be renamed the Internal Rectal Service has been intentionally performing financial colonoscopies on Conservatives from all walks of life for the past few years.

The so called “neutral” and “nonpartisan” I.R.S. has been poking, prodding, and picking on Conservatives and Conservative leaning groups and organizations by stonewalling, delaying, and outright denying their applications for funding and tax exempt statuses.

They have targeted Tea Party Groups as well as Conservative think tanks and even some Conservative Candidates running for elected office. They have targeted Conservative Jewish organizations opposed to the Obama Administration’s hostile positions in regard to Israel, and even targeted private citizens whose businesses or private tax returns mentioned the words, “Patriots” “Tea Party” or “Constitution”.

In stark contrast, leftist groups and liberal organizations had their applications moved right to the front of the line. Some Conservative groups had to wait as much as three years to get their applications approved; yet some liberal groups only had to wait as little as three weeks.

Like he has done in the past whenever there is a hot scandal, the President has taken the position of “ignorance is bliss” when it comes to the I.R.S. scandal. He claims he knew nothing about it. He claims he is outraged about it. He claims he just heard about it on television like all you other folks. The liar in chief not only knew about the scandal but he probably watched over it like he watched four Americans die a brutal death in Benghazi.

Here are two recent developments that show that the President had at least partial knowledge of the I.R.S. scandal:

According to the Daily Caller, The Director of the I.R.S. Exempt Organizations Division Lois Lerner who has subsequently been put on administrative leave signed paperwork granting Malik Obama’s shady charity tax exempt status in less than thirty days. This should not come as a shock because Mrs. Lerner’s husband Michael Miles works as a tax attorney for Sutherland, Asbill, and Brennan. The firm actually hosted voter registration drives for the Obama Reelection Campaign; however somehow our Campaigner in Chief knew nothing about the scandal?

Here is more proof Barack Obama knew about the I.R.S. targeting Conservatives:

According to the Whitehouse.gov visiter logs, former I.R.S. Commissioner Douglas Shulman visited the White House a staggering 157 times, including 118 visits during the period in which the I.R.S. was targeting Conservatives. Mr. Shulman visited the White House more times than any other cabinet member, including corrupt Attorney General Eric Holder (62), tax cheat and current Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner (48), and head of the Department of Homeland Security Janet “Big Sis” Napolitano (34).

In contrast, Mr. Shulman’s predecessor Mark Everson only visited the George W. Bush White House one time in four years. So how is it even possible that Barack Obama did not know anything about the targeting scandal? Answer: there is no way he didn’t know. In fact, I predict it will come out sooner rather than later that not only did he know about it but what is more important is he may have likely directed it.

So what are we Conservatives to do? Are we supposed to just sit back and take it? Should we crawl up into the fetal position and ask for seconds? Should we be intimidated by the I.R.S.?

Hardly.

It has been reported that as many as 25 separate Tea Party affiliated groups have filed a lawsuit against the I.R.S. That is a great start, but it is not enough. It is estimated that hundreds if not thousands of individuals have been targeted. Famous Conservatives like Franklin Graham and even some Conservative Journalists have been audited.

My suggestion is that we file a class action lawsuit against the I.R.S. I am not an attorney but I would think that the monetary damages incurred by Conservatives would warrant such a case. Think about the loss of funding, the expense of the applications, the time and manpower dedication. Then think about how much money Conservatives had to pay to tax accountants, financial advisors, and estate planners? If we filed a large enough lawsuit the I.R.S. might realize it is cheaper to settle than to go to court?

My job as a political strategist and radio talk show host is to think outside the box and come up with answers if not solutions. Again I am not an attorney so I do not claim to know the logistics of how the litigation process may work. What I do know is it is my duty to put it out there so maybe the right person can smooth out the rough edges and put my plan into action. A good idea can only become a great idea when it is acted upon.

Eric “fast and furious” Holder’s legacy of corruption, power, influence, and greed will be a tough act for any future Attorney General to follow. He is the only Attorney General in our nation’s history to facilitate the pardon of a convicted felon and fugitive. Like Barack Obama, he is a privileged minority with a chip on his shoulder and a fellow supporter of Black Liberation Theology.

But that’s not even the worst of it.

Here are the reasons why our current Attorney General is the worst in no particular order:

He represented Washington, DC in DC versus Heller joining then Attorney General Janet Reno in an amicus brief urging the Supreme Court to uphold the DC hand gun ban. In his argument he actually said, “The Second Amendment does not protect an individual’s right to keep and bear arms for purposes unrelated to a state’s operation of a well regulated militia.” (Sorry Mr. Holder, but the Second Amendment is not negotiable or left to interpretation.)

He advocated for and justified the use of drones to kill US citizens even on US soil. On March 5, 2013 Eric Holder said this, “Drone strikes against American citizens on US soil are legal. After this outrageous statement the Attorney General started to backtrack from these comments saying, “Using lethal force against American citizens on US soil was highly unlikely. We hope no President will ever be faced with that decision. However if there was an imminent threat such as a domestic terror attack on the country similar to Pearl Harbor or 9-11 it is conceivable that the use of an unmanned aircraft could be used as a viable option. (Mr. Holder, the fact that you believe this should make every American fearful of you, this Administration, and our government.)

He Initially was a proponent of trying 9-11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in a New York City courtroom rather than at a military tribunal. (Sorry, Mr. Holder but this animal who maliciously murdered almost three thousand of your fellow Americans doesn’t deserve to have some Columbia leftist lawyer like yourself representing him, let alone in New York City at the scene of the crime.)

He blocked legislation in Texas and other states that called for voters to show picture ID in order to curb illegal voting. His ridiculous reason was, “It would disproportionately affect minority voters from the electoral process.” (No Mr. Holder it would stop voter fraud which you obviously support and no it would not be a poll tax either as most of the legislation called for cost free ID cards.)

He refused to prosecute and even dropped the charges against the New Black Panther Party; who on Election Day in 2008 stood outside polling stations dressed in paramilitary uniforms, carrying nightsticks and intimidated voters. His reason: He has stated on many occasions that he is unwilling to prosecute minorities for civil rights violations. “I think it does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people.” (Mr. Holder, not only is this a blatant disregard for the rule of law, but more importantly it shows what a racist anti-white bigot you are as you selectively disenfranchise voters you deem unworthy of such.)

He filed a law suit against the state of Arizona over their anti illegal immigration bill, SB 1070 without even reading it first. He said the bill might lead to “racial profiling”. (Mr. Holder, SB 1070 does not racially profile anyone. Maybe if you would’ve read it first you would’ve known that.)

In February 2011, he announced that the Department of Justice would no longer defend cases involving the Defense of Marriage Act in court. He deemed DOMA was unconstitutional. (Wrong again Mr. Holder, where in the Constitution does it say that Traditional Marriage is unconstitutional, but Gay Marriage is constitutional? I think your reason is like yourself, a little light in the loafers.)

He was found in contempt of Congress by the House Oversight Committee for lying, misleading, and stonewalling the investigation by withholding information concerning the gun running scandal Operation Fast and Furious. (Mr Holder, I hope you can sleep at night with the blood of Border Agent Brian Terry on your hands as well as numerous others who died by the guns you provided to Mexican Drug Cartels.)

His most recent scandal is unfolding as I write this. His Justice Department has acquired illegal phone records from many reporters and editors at the left leaning Associated Press. This was in retaliation to a story the Associated Press ran about a Covert Mission in Yemen that foiled the plot of the so called “underwear” bomber.

The Obama Administration lied to the American people when they said publicly that they had no imminent or credible threat of a coming terrorist attack that was to coincide with the anniversary of Osama Bin Laden’s death. This was not true and the Associated Press knew they were not telling the truth. In fact, the Administration pleaded with the Associated Press not to run the story because it was in an Election year.

As soon as the Associated Press ran the story the Administration illegally seized over two months of phone records. (Mr. Holder, your disgusting intimidation tactics make you unfit to hold the position in our government that you do. I can only hope and pray that you, your boss, and all of his Socialist, Marxist, cohorts eventually go down with the ship. If the Republicans had any testicular fortitude you would all be wearing black and white stripes in Leavenworth.)

The Constitution says we need to keep America safe from all enemies both foreign and domestic. Throughout our history we have fought foreign enemies in far away lands but now we have an enemy within our own borders and inside our government.

America is the last great hope on earth; without our compassion and guidance the world would be a very dark and dismal place. America has been the leader in prosperity, freedom, liberty, and self governance since its founding. The Obama Administration is like a cancer and its supporters are the carriers of the disease known as liberalism. If we don’t stop them soon they will destroy what little we have left in regard to liberty and freedom. How do you destroy the greatest, most powerful country on earth? Just ask the Obama Administration and Eric Holder; they seem to have all the answers.

We live in an epoch where the Founding Father, Thomas Paine’s apt saying that: “These are the days that try men’s souls, “ is as relevant now as it was then when he coined the iconic phrase. Granted, our Founding Father was opining on the grievous reasons that led to our Revolution against our cousins across the pond, but the issues are terminally legion where our souls are being tried and found wanting. I could go in many a direction on these issues, but time does not allow me to do so… so for now I will pick the topical issue of Islamic terrorism, specifically the wholesale slaughter that took place, ironically, in London a few days ago… whereby an innocent soldier who was strolling down the streets was literally butchered by denizens who represent the so-called ‘religion of peace’ – pun sarcastically intended.

I must surmise that those who did the murder of that young man had their spurious reasons to justify the killing and to be pithy, it was supposedly done because of England’s, and the West in general, killing of their women in many of the Muslim world. What begs the question is that If this was so, our deliberate campaign to wantonly kill Muslim women is pitiful because I am certain that we have more lethal means of doing so in droves. And moreover, why do we need to waste our times going to Muslim countries – what of the legion of Muslim women in England and America, yet I do not hear of cries of genocide. Of course, I am being sarcastic, but it also irks me that those involved in the murder were probably living high on the hog for years via the Dole, the English version of Welfare… yet, they and many (10%) are hell-bent on destroying the very country and institutions that provide more than what they will ever receive in their countries of origin.

We in the West have gone out our way to provide the equality and amenities to those who practice Islam, but do not ask the same from many of those who practice the ‘religion of peace’ to pay the same respect to those of us who practice another ‘established’ religion. Yes, we are careful not to judge all Muslim collectively on the terrorism issue, but when the question is asked to many in the Muslim world is it Ok to carry out jihad… and ten percent, which is tantamount to millions, consistently give their assent to murdering anyone who is not a convert… underscores the problem we are facing now and will be facing in the foreseeable future. How do we prosecute an unconventional declared war without being seen as picking on that religion… when the signature clarion call after the murder of innocents is Ali Akbar? Why do many have a fawning love affair with a religion where, even if only ten percent believe in murdering us, it will still be a formidable battle, especially in light of a Muslim majority whose complacency and sonic boom quietness is license for our slaughter.

It tries our souls to know that even though that we do not care about anyone’s worship of his or her religion, much less wanting to kill someone because of his or her take on a given deity and dogma… that there is a perpetual summary death ‘Fatwa’ out on the West; it tries our souls to know that the very institutions that provide succor for all and even those who want to destroy said institutions in their entirety; it tries our souls when practicing Political Correctness has become suicidal… cuddling those who want to destroy us not in theory but in reality; it tries our souls when other established religions that were first in time vis-a-vis traditions and the like… but which are now blatantly being disrespected with the deference liberally given to an upstart religion in this part of the world; it tries our souls knowing that many who are being threatened do not see and some even wholeheartedly and conspicuously take part in our demise; it tries our souls….

Why is it that when Democrats govern like Socialist dictators they win, but when Republicans govern like Democrats they lose? The sad part is that both parties govern in such a similar capacity that it is hard to tell them apart these days. Both parties have an insatiable appetite for spending; and fiscal discipline in Washington is as rare as a snowstorm in Phoenix.

Neither party has shown the ability to govern the American people the way our Constitution originally intended. One could argue that we technically have not had a Democratic President in office since John F. Kennedy; or a true Republican President since Ronald Reagan. What we have had are a bunch of elitist globalists from both parties hell bent on relinquishing our sovereignty and leading us down the path to a New World Order.

Make no mistake about it, the Republican Party is still head and shoulders above the Communist sympathizing Democratic Party of 2013. Our current occupier of the White House creates a clear and present danger to the very survival of our nation; a Marxist law professor with enough common sense to fill the head of a pin.

This article is not intended to bash Democrats and the President; although that certainly is a favorite past time of mine. I will show my readers how the Democratic Party divides and conquers the Republican Party by pressuring the political class in Washington to go along with their agenda knowing full well it will anger the base of the Republican Party and help create long lasting divisions between the party brass.

Here is how it works.

The Republican Party has three distinct ideological wings. It is made up of social and fiscal Conservatives, social Libertarian and fiscal Conservatives, and socially Liberal and fiscal Conservatives.

The Democratic Party also has three distinct ideological wings. It is made up of social Conservative and fiscal Liberals, socially liberal and socially fiscal Liberals, and outright leftist Socialists; who never met a tax that was too high or an expenditure that was too low.

Each party has a political or establishment class and an activist grassroots class. The establishment classes for each party also tend to operate in very different ways.

For example, establishment Republicans tend to be much more moderate than the more conservative activist base they represent. The establishment Democrats tend to be more liberal than the people they represent too; however sadly that is changing.

America has always been considered a center right nation. Most people are fiscally conservative and socially liberal. This is why the share of Independent voters has increased in every election. The truth is 40% of America will vote Republican and 40% will vote Democratic. That leaves 20% of voters with the fate of the nation in their hands every four years.

Democrats understand this much better than Republicans and win elections because they know how to fool these voters with a false sense of security. The Democratic Party knows that most voters are socially liberal and fiscally conservative. That is why they continue to run on tax cuts for the middle class and abortion on demand. They understand class warfare and identity politics much better than Republicans do. They also know how to overwhelm Republicans in Congress and get them to submit to their iron will.

The definition of bi-partisanship in Washington is when a Republican checks their morals, convictions, and principles at the door in order to sign onto leftist legislation so they can tell their constituents they accomplished something. When establishment Republicans go over to the dark side they get an earful from their more conservative constituents. We let our so call republican representatives know how disappointed we are in their decisions by not contributing to their reelection campaigns and ultimately protesting them by staying home on Election Day.

This is how the Democratic Party wins.

A Democratic Candidate could run for office with a criminal record and strangle a live kitten on national television and because they have a D before their name could still win an election. The reason is it’s not about the person; it’s about the party. It is about the promise not the delivery. It is about the artificial safety nets they claim to spring; not the harsh reality of how government bashes you in the face and slams your head against the pavement. It is the romanticism, fairytale, and utopian vision of equality, prosperity, and shared responsibility that most voters fall for.

Republicans see their party much different. They are looking for something that does not exist in politics, and that is purity. There is no such animal in politics and it is about time Republicans finally realize and more importantly except this. We definitely want our representatives to align with us and be our advocates rather than our adversaries; however our first objective needs to be winning elections first.

The difference is that if Democratic voters do not agree with their candidate on the major issues it is not a deterrent for them to sit home on Election Day. The reason for this is they would rather vote for a Democratic candidate they disagree with rather than a Republican candidate they vehemently oppose.

Generally speaking, the Democratic Party has become an unprincipled, unscrupulous, and immoral party. The Republican Party has drifted so far to the left that it is getting harder to tell them both apart. There are still a few Republican members left in Washington that will put their principles before their party but unfortunately their numbers are dwindling.

From a purely strategically speaking standpoint, Republicans, Conservatives, and Independents need to start voting like Democrats. Our number one goal must be to win elections and wrestle away control of the purse strings from the tax and spend liberals in Congress.

This means we need to start voting for all Republicans regardless of what spectrum on the ideological wing they may be on. Once we gain power than we can start replacing the Republicans that do not support the ideas and values of the party. If we continue the infighting and the division we will continue to be in the minority for years to come.

We need to run candidates that will take bold but electorate friendly positions. Positions that are center right like term limits, auditing the Federal Reserve, and making Congress part time.

When it comes to wedge issues like abortion and Gay Marriage we need to understand that the Democratic Party is always going to try to use those issues to divide and conquer us. We need to start exposing the left on all the lies they have perpetrated on the American people. Healthcare is sky rocketing, the economy is in a constant downward spiral, and taxes and spending are at the highest levels in history.

There is so much for Republicans to use against Democrats that I could write an entire strategy guide myself. Why the Republicans in Congress have decided to remain silent is a mystery. They have become a disgrace and you would think they would be doing everything they could to expose this administration but they’re not.

In order to change the party we need to be back in the majority. You cannot change the party from a position of weakness. We will never get an opportunity to change the party from the inside out while we are looking from the outside in. A fractured party is a losing party, the Democrats know this and it is about time Republicans figure it out too.

What has our Department of Homeland Security metamorphosed into? Our third largest government agency has been stockpiling weapons and ammunition at a very alarming rate. Since early 2012, DHS and its 200,000 employees have purchased so much ammunition that many of the top weapon and bullet manufacturers have had trouble keeping up with the increased demand.

So why is our government buying hundreds of thousands of tactical weapons and millions upon millions of bullets? Do they think that the Russians are going to invade us? Do they think the North Koreans are going to show up in Washington State and take over like in the remake of Red Dawn? Do they think hygienically challenged Iranians are going to power chute into the country holding dull bladed swords and wearing dirty night shirts yelling, “Allah Akbar”?

Hardly.

Our government would never loose a wink of sleep thinking about any one of those scenarios unfolding. Our government’s enemies are not foreign, they are domestic. They are the 60 million Americans who rejected this sorry excuse for a President and are completely against his entire agenda to remake America.

When assessing the Department of Homeland Security’s actions, there is no other logical explanation or reason other than to say they are preparing for civil unrest at the very least and all out civil war at the very best.

What is so alarming and has many Americans on edge is the type of weaponry and ammunition they have purchased; in particular 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets.

Hollow point bullets for those who are not familiar with them are very different than regular bullets, or what are called full metal jackets. Hollow point bullets are designed to fray or fragment upon impact. Regular bullets when they hit their target make a smaller hole but for the most part stay in one piece. Hollow points do the exact opposite. When they hit their target they create substantially more damage by fragmenting on impact.

When questioned by members of Congress as to their motivations for such ammunition purchases a DHS spokesperson said they were purchased for “training exercises” at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, New Mexico.

According to retired Marine Richard Mason’s interview with WHPTV in Pennsylvania, hollow point bullets are rarely used for training purposes. In fact, in the interview Mr. Mason said, “Never in my entire military career did I know of any Marines training with hollow point bullets.”

When pressed further on why DHS has purchased and continues to purchase massive quantities of weapons and ammunition there answer was also one to be desired. The best they could come up with is buying so many in bulk allows for them to get better pricing.

Once again, this is a suspicious and ridiculous answer. First of all, hollow point bullets are almost twice as expensive as regular bullets. So why would DHS buy the most expensive, most dangerous bullets possible to save money? Furthermore, if hollow point bullets are typically not used for training purposes than why did DHS feel compelled to purchase 450 million rounds of hollow points rather than full metal jackets?

It doesn’t stop there.

They have also purchased 2,700 armored tanks that are designed to withstand ballistic arms fire, mine blasts, and improvised explosive devices. These tanks were not ordered to be used on the battlefields of Iraq or Afghanistan. These tanks were ordered to be used on our city streets and in quiet towns all across America. In fact, many Americans have already spotted them in their neighborhoods.

So why does DHS need 2,700 ballistic arm and mine resistant military tanks patrolling our neighborhoods and towns? What do they plan on using them for? Who do they plan on using them on? These are the questions that every single American should be demanding their elected representatives in Congress ask the Department of Homeland Security.

Here is a partial list of their purchases since 2012:

450 million rounds of 40 caliber hollow point bullets, 175 million rifle ammunition rounds .233 caliber (the same ones used by NATO forces), 7,000 fully automatic assault rifles, (you know, the same ones Dianne Feinstein and the Obama Administration are trying to ban), and so far over 2 billion with a capital B in total rounds of ammunition.

So now that we have the facts let’s discuss the possible reasons for all this provocative behavior by our government. You don’t have to be a Republican or a Democrat to know that Barack Obama is a big government liberal. In fact, he is so far to the left he makes Jimmy Carter look like Ronald Reagan. Never in our nation’s history have we seen a more radical President.

The first thing any good leftist leader does when they come to power is try to get their military to go along with their agenda. If they find any major resistance to what type of change they are trying to implement they will usually resort to minimizing their strength or neutralizing it by creating a more loyal parallel force. Barack Obama’s goal has always been to create a loyal civilian army to help implement his type of transformational change.

In July of 2008 Barack Obama said, “We cannot continue to rely on our military to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We have got to have a civilian national security force that is just as powerful, just as strong, and just as well funded.”

We already have a civilian force Mr. President; it’s called the National Guard.

Zombie-like salivating yes we can sheeple will have you believe that the President wants to create a civilian army to help fight terrorism. The non kool-aid drinking folks on the right and many in the middle understand this is not the President’s true intent.

First off, the American military is the most powerful, most tactical, and well trained fighting force in the world. Our military is more than capable of fighting terrorism and doesn’t need a bunch of Communist radicals with Billy clubs and switchblades running around the country pretending to be patriotic freedom fighters. The only thing this coalition of Obama supporters would be terrorizing are the people that didn’t follow the President’s orders, mainly Conservatives.

Many fear that this may have been this administration’s goal all along. History has shown that during periods of major civil unrest and forcible revolutionary change many governments prepare themselves by insulating and arming their leaders while simultaneously depleting the resources of their adversaries.

So how do you make your resisters less resistant?

By purposely buying up as much ammunition as you can. Then you make sure law abiding citizens do not have access to ammunition they will need to defend themselves. Additionally, you make sure that local police departments sworn to protect and to serve their citizens suddenly do not have the tools needed to do so. Last but not least you strategically exploit a tragedy like the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting to pass draconian legislation that restricts the Second Amendment under the guise of public safety.

If millions of ammunition purchases and thousands of tactical weapons don’t keep you up at night maybe unmanned aircraft capable of eliminating United State citizens will.

Drones have been typically used in the war on terror to eliminate potential terrorist threats in other countries. Both George W. Bush and Barack Obama have used these unmanned aircraft to kill many high profile targets such as former Al-Qaida leader Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi in Iraq; and American born cleric Anwar al-Awlaki in Yemen. This type of aircraft is highly effective at eliminating specific targets while creating very little in collateral damage.

Our government would never use these types of weapons on American soil to eliminate American citizens would they?

On March 5, 2013 Attorney General Eric Holder actually said this, “Drone strikes against American citizens on US soil are legal.” He actually uttered these exact words from his lips. This should make every single American very nervous, especially the ones who vehemently disagree with this administration.

After Senator Rand Paul’s filibuster, Eric Holder sent him a letter backtracking from his statement. The fact that he said it at all is what is so scary. This administration could and would still use drones against Americans citizens regardless of what the attorney general says.

After more questioning and pressure from some members of Congress to clarify his prior statement Eric Holder than went on to say, “Using lethal force against American citizens on US soil is highly unlikely. We hope no president will ever be faced with that decision. However if there was an imminent threat such as a domestic terror attack on the country similar to a Pearl Harbor or 9-11 it is conceivable that the use of an unmanned aircraft could be used as a viable option.” That sounds like a whole lot of wiggle room to me.

Suppose the President is walking from his motorcade one day to the White House. He is surrounded by his security detail and the Secret Service. There is a sniper within range ready, willing, and able to take him out. The sniper is spotted and a drone is dispatched to eliminate the threat. How is this legal? How does this even constitute as an imminent threat to the nation?

The answer is it’s not legal and it doesn’t qualify as a threat to the nation. It qualifies as a threat to the President. Luckily for him he has the Secret Service and his personal security detail to protect him.

Whether or not we as Americans wake up one day and find out that the President is no longer with us doesn’t constitute as a national emergency or an imminent threat. Did the world stop when John F. Kennedy was assassinated? Did time stand still when Ronald Reagan was shot? None of these events stopped the country’s everyday routines and if these events should transpire once again in the future nothing will change how we live our daily lives.

Our Constitution was set up this way. We have a line of succession when it comes to events such as assassinations. The American people will go on with their lives and the Vice President will take over.

So let’s recap.

Our Attorney General says it is legal to kill American citizens on American soil. Barack Obama has cut the military and wants to reduce our nuclear weapons capability even though many rogue nations want to destroy us. Barack Obama wants to create a 1 million member strong civilian security force to “help defeat terrorism”. DHS has refused to answer questions under oath in judiciary hearings as to the intent of their purchases, only giving lame excuses such as training and bulk pricing discounts. And finally the Democrats in Congress and the Obama Administration are trying to strip law abiding citizens of their right to protect themselves by undermining the Second Amendment. Even Stevie Wonder can see what is happening.

So what do we do?

If our government is going to make provocative purchases over and over without reason or explanation I suggest we prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I would implore all Americans if they haven’t done so already to exercise their Second Amendment rights.

I think it is time for all Americans to purchase as many firearms as they can get their hands on. Handguns, rifles, assault rifles, M-16’s, hunting rifles, shotguns, carbon rifles, AK 47’s, Mac 10’s, etc.

If most Americans decided to “arm up” than maybe our government will see that as a deterrent. We need to neutralize the potential threat from this administration by showing them we are not going to go quietly into that good night. We need to make sure that our government knows that if they decided to travel down this road that we the people will guarantee it will be a very bumpy ride.

Washington, D.C. (which the DC part now stands for dirty cesspool) should become a thing of the past. Society has outgrown the need for a centralized government full of power hungry aristocrats, greedy lobbyists, and corrupt white collar criminals.

When I say criminals I am not just talking in the abstract; I am referring to real criminals.

According to a study from the online publication Capitol Hill Blue, the American people have elected a bunch of politicians that are better at breaking laws than making laws. America’s low information voters have chosen some real class acts to represent them.

Just how bad are some of our members of Congress?

29 members have been accused of spousal abuse, 7 have been arrested for fraud, 19 have been accused of writing bad checks, 117 have bankrupted at least 2 businesses, 3 have been arrested for physical assault, 71 have such bad credit that they can’t even qualify for a credit card, (yet with their special clearance as a member of Congress they get an Amex card without having a credit check.) 14 have been arrested on drug related charges, 8 have been arresting for shoplifting, and at least 84 members of Congress have been stopped for drunk driving but subsequently let go once they showed they were members of Congress.

If all that hasn’t made you lose your lunch this sure will.

According to the 2013 Congressional schedule, Congress will take 239 days off! That means they will only “work” 126 days of the year. If that wasn’t bad enough these hardly working, drunk driving, womanizing, bad credit, criminals get paid a minimum of $175,000 a year. Not bad for 126 days of so called work. They have worked themselves so hard that they don’t even have the strength to create a budget. The last time our dedicated public servants passed a budget was April 29, 2009. That is an unbelievable mind boggling 1,415 days without a budget, and counting.

This article’s intent is not to highlight the ineptness and unprincipled actions of our corrupt Congress; instead its purpose is to illustrate just how incidental and unnecessary Washington, DC has become. Former Republican Presidential nominee Rick Perry may not have been able to talk his way out of a paper bag; however he had the political will and courage to tell the American people that if he were to be elected President he would make Congress a part time job.

I couldn’t agree with him more. In fact, I’d like to take his suggestion a little further and dismantle Washington, DC altogether; and here is how we can do it.

We live in a virtual and digital society in which nothing seems impossible. The constant advancements in technology have created a very mobile society. We live in a world where you can start your car, turn the lights on and off in your house, and check your blood pressure, all by using your I-phone. There is no reason why Congress can’t conduct official government business from their respective state Capitols. Think about how much money they could save in travel expenses and housing alone?

With email, Skype, Twitter, Facebook, video conferencing, and websites such as gotomeeting.com; there is no shortage of technology that could be utilized to perform the everyday functions of Congress from outside of Washington, DC.

According to census.gov, 1 out of 10 workers over the age of 65 works from home. This is a growing trend that is only going to continue as more businesses look for ways to cut operating expenses and increase productivity. With so many older workers still in the workforce due to the Obama economy; many of these workers work from home.

Companies that employ workers who telecommute save on expenses such as office space, equipment, furniture, and supplies. Employees who work from home are able to save money on such expenditures as clothing, childcare, parking, and gasoline. Also, some studies have shown that workers who telecommute are more effective and efficient at their jobs than those who work in the office. Why not extend that same invitation to members of Congress?

According to statistics from the 112th Congress, the average age of a member of the House of Representatives is 57 years and the average age of a member of the Senate is 63 years. These folks should be required to work remotely from their respective states and only come into Washington a few times a month to cast votes.

Washington, DC is 68.3 square miles of influence, corruption, and centralized power. The only way to change Washington is to remove the influence, corruption, and power from it; and that starts with Congress. The only way to do this is by forcing members of Congress to not congregate permanently in Washington, DC.

A suggestion would be to pass a law in which no member of Congress is allowed to have permanent residence within 100 miles of Washington, DC. By doing this you automatically decentralize the influence and power, and make it harder for lobbyists and power brokers to influence fiscal policy. This is how you change Washington, DC.

To some who are reading this I understand it may sound a bit Orwellian. Telling free people where they can and cannot live may seem a little extreme. What is more extreme is having career politicians drunk with power spending future generation’s money on programs they can’t pay for. We are at a time in our nation’s history in which the only real solutions require real drastic measures.

The truth is that absolute power corrupts absolutely. If we take away Congress’s power we can return it to its rightful owners; we the people. Most Democrats who read this will think I’m crazy. Even some Republicans will think this is a bad idea; however most limited government Conservatives will love it. My only hope is that those members of Congress who believe in freedom, liberty, and limited government read my article and introduce legislation based on this idea. A good idea can only become a great idea when it is acted upon.

As a political strategist, commentator, and radio talk show host my job is to give solutions, not talking points. I may not always be right, but I am always thinking outside the box about different ways to make America a better, stronger, and freer country. If we are serious about saving this country and truly believe in a limited government it is time we put our money where our mouth is and dismantle Washington, once and for all.

“Apologize for what?”

These three words have inspired and motivated millions of patriotic Americans. They have become a calling card to Conservatives everywhere who are sick and tired of out of control liberalism destroying this great country. On the anniversary of Andrew Breitbart’s death I’m sure he is looking down on us from that special reserved spot in heaven where the heroes lay and is smiling. In the post Andrew Breitbart Conservative era, his legacy lives on and his influence continues to grow.

From Twitter to Facebook and everything in-between, Andrew is alive and well in spirit. His death to most Conservatives, including myself is one you will always remember and not soon forget. Like a great fallen warrior his disciples have picked up where he has left off. Their very simple and loyal battle cry is, “I Am Breitbart.”

Andrew Breitbart was someone who was comfortable swimming in the belly of the beast and always relished the hatred and vitriol that he received from the left. He wore it like a badge of honor; never backing down or shying away. Andrew said things out loud that most of us would only think and that is what made him so effective yet controversial. He was the type of guy who would take ten to the chin just to deliver the one knockout punch.

Breitbart was unapologetic and his “apologize for what?” has posthumously become his trademark. He never let the left get away with anything which is why he was so demonized by them. His undercover investigative work was a major contributing factor to exposing the radical group ACORN. His work is the reason they were forced to change their name and are now thankfully defunded by Congress.

When the liberal media started to run stories about how the Tea Party was racist he called them out on it. Andrew knew that playing the race card was a Saul Alinsky tactic used by the left whenever they were losing the argument. Brilliantly, he offered a 100,000 dollar grant payable to the United Negro College Fund if they could find even one shred of evidence of racism at Tea Party rallies. Needless to say, the UNCF is still 100,000 dollars poorer.

His untimely death has always struck me as a little peculiar. Although I do not subscribe to conspiracy theories I do find the timing of his death remarkably odd. At the 2012 CPAC event, Andrew spoke about releasing “something big” on March 1st that apparently was going to be very damaging to Barack Obama. He spoke passionately about finally “vetting” Barack Obama and doing the job the liberal media has not done and refuses to do. Then coincidentally, the day he was to release this damaging information he allegedly dies of a heart attack?

More importantly, the media was very quick to point out that Andrew had a history of heart problems. The Los Angeles Police Department’s full investigation into Andrew’s death did not find any foul play and the Coroner’s Office performed an autopsy and full toxicology report which also turned up nothing.

Andrew Breitbart may be gone but his legacy still lives on. Like in war, when one soldier goes down the next soldier picks up the fallen soldier’s weapon and keeps on firing. Let’s just hope our aim is as good as his was. In this ideological war we find ourselves in we must master the strategies and tactics that Andrew perfected.

The silent majority in this country can no longer afford to be silent, or silenced. We can no longer be made to feel guilty or ashamed for our beliefs. We must be forceful in our convictions and be unapologetic for having them. This war is not about left versus right, it is about right versus wrong. This is about two very different visions for America. It is one of freedom and opportunity or slavery and bondage. As another great patriot Ronald Reagan once said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not passed down through the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed down to our children and their children to do the same.”

Andrew knew this all too well and he lived his life on the frontlines of this battle. So the next time a liberal asks you to apologize for your beliefs, you tell them “apologize for what”?

There have been numerous stories on the peculiar relationship between Frank Marshall Davis and President Barack Obama. There have even been reports that Frank Marshall Davis is in fact Barack Obama’s real biological father. I am not one to subscribe to conspiratorial theories. Whether or not Frank Marshall Davis is Barack Obama’s real father is not the point of this article. What is the point is there is no doubt that Frank Marshall Davis was the only father figure that Barack Obama truly had.

We have all heard the heart warming leftist propaganda story of how a Black Kenyan student and a White Kansas girl met in a Russian language class at the University of Hawaii. The two fell in love and had a baby boy who later would grow up to become the most powerful man on the planet. We heard the stories of sacrifice and hardship and how Ann’s selflessness was paramount; allowing her husband to continue his education at Harvard University. How a young mixed race child made it the top with hard work and perseverance. This was the narrative the media told the masses and they believed it.

Even if Barack Obama Sr. was Barack Obama’s biological father he was not an influence on his life. He did not shape his ideological world view. He did not fill young Barack Obama’s impressionable mind with anti-American rhetoric and Communist sympathizing thoughts.

That job was given to Frank Marshall Davis.

Frank Marshall Davis was born on December 31, 1905 in Arkansas City, Kansas. He was a journalist, political activist, community organizer, poet, photographer, and pornographer. He was a writer and editor for numerous underground and Communist sympathizing newspapers including The Chicago Star and later The Honolulu Herald.

Frank Marshall Davis was also a Communist. This is not opinion. This is a fact. His Communist Party Id# was 47544. He was a radically militant Black Communist. He blamed the start of World War II on American Capitalism. He denounced the Marshall Plan calling it, “White Imperialism” and “Colonial Slavery”. He preached wealth redistribution and nationalization of industry as well as government run and controlled healthcare.

Some of his articles were titled, “Free Enterprise or Socialism?” or “Yankee Imperialism”. He was also a hypocrite. For all his inflammatory language and writings aimed at the oppressive White people most of his closest friends were indeed White; including his pot smoking buddy and Barack Obama’s grandfather, Stanley Dunham. But perhaps his ultimate act of hypocrisy was the fact that his second wife was actually a White woman.

Frank Marshall Davis was such a threat to America’s interests and its security that the Federal Bureau of Investigations had a 601 page file on him and even classified him as an “Index A”. This meant that if in fact a military crisis should occur that he was to be immediately targeted for detainment.

This poor excuse for an American citizen was also the current leader of the free world’s biggest influence and mentor, our President Barack Obama.

Frank Marshall Davis was more than a mentor; he was like a father to a young Barack and helped shape his world views. He mentored Barack Obama in a child’s most formative years from age 11 to 18. It is in this period of Barack Obama’s life that he became less and less Barack Obama and more and more Frank Marshall Davis.

Those were the years under the sun drenched skies of Hawaii where Frank Marshall Davis taught Barack Obama about the things that would later shape and define who he is and what he believes. This is where he first learned about Black Liberation Theology and Militant Black Power. This is where he was taught to always be skeptical of Whites and to see himself as a victim of White America. This is where he embraced the theory of redistribution of wealth and class warfare. This is where Frank Marshall Davis instilled his Communistic ideology into his young pupil.

Barack Obama’s 1995 autobiography, Dreams from My Father really should have been called Communist Teachings that Frank Marshall Davis taught me. That would have been a more appropriate title. It is no secret that “Frank” was mentioned in his book 22 times, and the “Frank” in the book is in reference to Frank Marshall Davis.

Here are some of those excerpts:

Obama’s grandmother, (Toot) and grandfather, (Gramps) were having an argument over whether Gramps should give Toot a ride to work after being threatened at a bus stop by a panhandler. He looks to Frank for a solution. (p. 89-91)

When Toot is having difficulty convincing a drug abusing Obama to apply for college, it is Frank who convinces Barack that college is necessary. (p. 96-98)

Frank Marshall Davis tells Barack that “Black people have a right to hate Whites. (p. 91) He advises a young Barack to “keep his eyes open” and “stay awake” otherwise you could be “trained” against your own interests. (p. 97)

Obviously Barack Obama took his mentor’s advice to heart. In Dreams from My Father Barack Obama writes, “I chose my friends carefully. I chose the more politically active Black students, the foreign students, the Chicanos, the Marxist professors and structural feminists and punk rock performance poets.” (p. 100)

The leftist media never did their due diligence in exposing the relationship between an admitted Marxist Communist and Barack Obama. They never bothered to even ask Barack Obama any tough questions, while vilifying his Republican challengers and humiliating them for their Conservative beliefs. If the leftist media even had a shred of objectivity Barack Obama would have never even been a Senator much less the President.

So now it is plain to see why he refuses to put his hand over his heart during the pledge of allegiance. Or why instead of trying to fix the country’s economic problems he instead has opted to make them worse by forcing government run healthcare down our throats.

Whether or not Frank Marshall Davis is Barack Obama’s biological father at this point is somewhat irrelevant. What is relevant however is the undeniable fact that Barack Obama undoubtedly sympathizes with Communistic ideology. The truth is the only real father figure Barack Obama has had was Frank Marshall Davis. It is for this reason that he is Barack Obama’s father.

Although Barack Obama’s inauguration was a few weeks ago this article will still touch on some of the language he spoke as well as the meaning behind his words. I will also explain in great detail how the left uses identity politics to influence certain voters and alienate others.

Language can be a great indicator of future behavior. Barack Obama’s second inaugural speech revealed many clues that not only showed how this man thinks, but more importantly how he will likely continue to govern.

What many Americans heard in his speech was something very unfamiliar and foreign to most of our listening ears. What we heard was a heavy dose of identity politics. We heard words like fair play, central authority, and collective action. He spoke about the government as if it was the solution to every one of America’s problems. In fact, Barack Obama did not even utter the words private sector once in his entire speech!

The words he chose were carefully selected and designed to influence certain voters. They were divisive and dismissive. They were meant to divide an already divided nation instead of trying to bring us together. His words were alienating, meandering, and apoplectic in nature. Barack Obama tried to walk the political tightrope between policy and ideology and failed miserably at doing both. Almost his entire speech was narrowly directed towards his base of supporters instead of the nation as a whole. His weapon of choice: using identity politics as a weapon of mass distortion.

For the first time in our nation’s history a president mentioned his support for Gay Marriage in an inaugural speech. This shows that discussing Gay Marriage is no longer the politically dangerous subject it used to be; and shows just how far to the left our country has moved on most social issues.

Identity politics has become the Democratic Party’s number one weapon in their arsenal of political warfare. The left has mastered the art of message manipulation and cultural relativism in such a way that it has become the biggest obstacle for the right to overcome.

Barack Obama deliberately spoke about issues that divide us rather than unite us. He spoke of Gay Marriage, Women’s Suffrage, and Illegal Immigration; all wedge issues. When something repeatedly works in politics it becomes a political weapon. Barack Obama was able to win reelection using identity politics to perfection so why would he stop now?

What was so striking about his speech was not only his tone and demeanor, but his confrontational style and in your face liberalism as well. He spoke as if he was daring anyone on the right to challenge his authority while confidently playing the role of the transformational figure with an arrogance and smugness reserved only for a king.

Let’s breakdown some examples of identity politics used in his speech.

In the 16th minute Barack Obama said this, “Being true to our founding documents does not require us to agree on every contour of life. We don’t define liberty all in the same way.”

Translation: We can interpret the Constitution however we see fit. My Administration will redefine what liberty means so it fits my agenda.

In the 20th minute Barack Obama goes on to say this, “Progress does not compel us to settle century’s long role of government for all time. But it does require us to act in our time.”

Translation: The United States Constitution is not settled law. It is a living, breathing, document that is inherently racist and therefore needs to be changed; and I will change it. Besides, who could possibly be better at finding ways to misinterpret and circumvent the Constitution than a Constitutional scholar?

History has shown us that all great leftist leaders have an incredible ability to capture the hearts and minds of their people. They use their lofty speeches and idealistic platforms to mesmerize voters into thinking that they and only they are the key to a brighter future and a better tomorrow. It is for this simple reason that the language of the left sounds better to most voters than the language of the right.

Most Americans who are not paying attention would rather listen to a speech on the possibilities of a better future rather than someone who is only promising the opportunity and means for that individual to better their own future. That is why a speech on preserving America’s traditions is not as appealing to most uninformed voters as a speech about reshaping America’s future.

Let’s break it down even further.

Identity Politics works because it feeds off of emotion. One of the most powerful emotions is fear. People can be driven to make decisions based on two motivating factors; a hope for gain or a fear of loss. The left understands this and uses that fear of loss against Republicans to perfection. Taking away a woman’s right to choose, or an illegal alien worried about deportation are all examples of how the left uses fear of loss tactics. This is why more women and minorities vote for the Democratic Party.

The left has perfected the fear of loss strategy and has been able to successfully alienate these voters away from the Republican Party while simultaneously solidifying their base of support. The truth is that political warfare and psychological warfare go hand in hand and the left understands this completely.

When it comes to fighting back against identity politics the Republican Party is at a huge disadvantage. The Democratic Party has 90% of the media and almost 100% of Hollywood at their disposal ready to smear and besmirch conservatives at any given moment. From ABC, CBS, and NBC on regular television, to HBO, SHOWTIME, and CINEMAX on cable, the left is never without a platform to ingratiate their ideology into the subconscious minds of millions of unsuspecting viewers. The left uses the media and Hollywood to portray conservatives as the party of the past, out of touch, and obstructionists to a brighter future.

The truth is in order to show the potentialities of a brighter future we must first resuscitate the visions of a better past. A government of the people, by the people, and for the people is not just a fancy cliché. It is a god given right and a blueprint for everlasting freedom.

The left does not believe in liberty for all; the left believes in justice for a select few. We are on an unsustainable path filled with uncertainty and doubt. For the first time in a long time the next generation in America is projected to be less successful than previous generations and we have Barack Obama, the Democratic Party, and identity politics to thank.
..

Vice President Joe Biden hinted today that President Obama is considering an executive order on guns, although he didn’t specify what it would be.

“The President is going to act, there are executive orders, executive action that can be taken. We haven’t decided what that is yet. But we’re compiling it all with the help of the Attorney General and all the rest of the cabinet members as well as legislative action, we believe is required,” said Biden.

Buffalo Springfield – For What It’s Worth, (1967, Bandstand, el Hollywood Palace, Smothers Brothers)
Buffalo Springfield was a rock group that served as a springboard for the careers of Neil Young, Stephen Stills, Richie Furay and Jim Messina, two of whom played in rock, pop, folk, country and acoustic group Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young later in their career. Buffalo Springfield is best known for the song “For What It’s Worth”. After the band’s formation in April 1966, a series of disruptions, including infighting and the pressure of working in the music industry, resulted in constant changes in the group’s lineup and ultimately culminated in the group’s disbanding after roughly 25 months. Buffalo Springfield released a total of three albums but left many demo recordings, studio outtakes and live recordings, as well as a reputation for excellent personnel and high band dysfunction.[1] Despite the band’s short tenure and relatively limited output it was one of the most influential bands of the 1960s, with virtually all members going on to successful careers and with two (Stills and Young) reaching the top of rock stardom.

For What It’s Worth :
There’s somethin’ happenin’ here.
What it is ain’t exactly clear.
There’s a man with a gun over there
A-tellin’ me I’ve got to beware.

I think it’s time we stop.
Children, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’ down.

There’s battle lines bein’ drawn.
Nobody’s right if everybody’s wrong.
Young people speakin’ their minds
A-gettin’ so much resistance from behind.

I think it’s time we stop.
Hey, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’ down.

What a field day for the heat.
A thousand people in the street
Singin’ songs and a-carryin’ signs
Mostly sayin’ hooray for our side.

It’s time we stop.
Hey, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’ down.

Paranoia strikes deep.
Into your life it will creep.
It starts when you’re always afraid.
Step out of line, the men come and take you away.

You better stop.
Hey, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’..
You better stop.
Hey, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’..
You better stop.
Now, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’..
You better stop.
Children, what’s that sound?
Everybody look what’s goin’..
